Neurodegenerative Pathway

Our specialist teams are skilled in providing care and rehabilitation for individuals living with a range of progressive or degenerative neurological conditions.

Our interdisciplinary team of therapists and clinicians work with people to develop a neurocare plan that includes interventions and management strategies to relieve symptoms such as pain and to maximise existing skills or compensate for lost function. We support people to achieve improvements in their emotional and social wellbeing.

Our Neurodegenerative Pathway is suitable for people with progressive neurological conditions, including motor neurone disease, multiple sclerosis, Huntington’s disease, brain tumours, Parkinson’s disease, Pick’s disease, frontotemporal dementia, Korsakoff’s syndrome, and other early onset dementias.
